Our History:
Founder Donald Lee Brooks has had over 43 years of Real Estate experience in the Islands.  Donald first started out with Better Homes and Gardens in 1982 as a Real Estate Salesperson and quickly moved his way up to Broker-in-Charge of the Hawaii Kai office.
Donald then went out on his own and aquired Koko Head Properties in Hawaii Kai in 1988 becoming Principal Broker.
Donald brought on his son Adam to work with him in 2001.
After 15 years in Business, owner Donald Lee Brooks made the move to Waikiki in 2003 and changed the name of the company to Surf Realty and bought an office at Eaton Square.  The Eaton Square office thrived for over 12 years.  However, the market softened and the Eaton Square office was closed in 2015, but Adam and Donald continued to do business out of their Kalakaua Avenue home address. 
Donald Lee Brooks finally retired in 2025 and Adam continues his legacy.
