Our History:
Founder Donald Lee Brooks has had over 45 years
of Real Estate experience in Hawaii.
Donald first started out with Better Homes and
Gardens in 1982 as a Real Estate Salesperson and
quickly moved his way up to Broker-in-Charge of
the Hawaii Kai office.
Donald then went out on his own and founded Koko
Head Properties in 1988 in Hawaii Kai.
After 15 years in business owner Donald Lee Brooks
made the move to Waikiki in 2003 and changed the
name of the company to Surf Realty and bought an
office at Eaton Square. Donald brought on
his son Adam to work with him.
However, the office was closed in 2015, but Adam
and Donald continue to do business out of their
Kalakaua home address.
Current Principal Broker and Owner, Adam Brooks,
has been a licensed agent since 2001 and has
taken over the company and continues to run the
business today. Adam Brooks and Surf
Realty provide services in Property Management
as well as Sales.
Our Brokers and Agents are members of
Honolulu Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing
Service and the National Association of
Realtors. Our team can provide you with
comparables, recent sale/listing history, and
take you through the necessary tasks to complete
the sale of your property.
